Energy Efficiency is a major focus for sustainable projects.  It constitutes the largest area to achieve points in the LEED rating system and it provides enormous financial savings for owners with great rates of returns on initial capital.  But, how do you get that initial capital funding to do the project?

Come join the USGBC-NCC Silicon Valley Branch to learn how to help size and fund your energy efficiency measures in your projects. It does not matter if your project is a LEED project or not.  There are energy programs and funding sources for everyone if you know where to look.

At this meeting, you will:

  • Tour the Roosevelt Community Center, a 30,000 square foot state of the art center that is certified LEED Gold
  • Network with new and old acquaintances and colleagues and friends
  • Learn more about getting funding for your energy efficiency measures from representatives of Silicon Valley Power and Silicon Valley Leadership Group
